coupled with cotton pieces from Vietnamese headscarves in traditional
colors and patterns. Colors prevalent: Deep plum/Brown; Orange/Red/Green;
Red/Oranges; Deep fuchsia pink and reds. Side cloth closures. Meant to
be worn as a tunic either above the knees or just below.

worn by Mien women from the Golden Triangle in southeast Asia. Some recycled, some

raw, black Thai silk. A Mandarin collar and accent on sleeve coordinates to match
front Chinese silk. Either assorted coin or glass beads can be used as

#260 HMONG ALL OVER HEIRLOOM (Tseboché)
These all cotton Hmong jackets are made directly from heirloom pieces of
women's skirts from a Hmong Tribal group in the Golden Triangle. Colors
are very typical - oranges, reds, yellow, and black on a blue indigo batiked
background are most common. Limited edition as these heirloom pieces are
disappearing quickly. Each jacket is just a little bit different. Current
inventory includes both longer jackets, shorter "squarish" jackets
and a few "shaped ones". VERY LIMITED INVENTORY.

A tunic of heavy black linen or strong raw cotton. Front panels are heirloom
Chinese Batiks - very beautiful - of traditional Chinese Hmong design.
Top and bottom are embellished with either Akha or Hmong pieces embroidered
in pinks/reds. Buttons are either silver tablets or blue Chinese small
glass beads. Tunic length. No closures. Front panels is accented with silver pieces holding beads is tufted,
which means the weight of the accents keep the jacket in place naturally.

Colored Lao panels with black binding. Jacket is made of black Thai silk
with hand-woven Lao traditional designs on the front and sleeve cuffs.
Available in two designs, one the triangular bold, the other a more subtle
design. This is a very popular jacket that will be featured for a long
time. The difference between the 6B Old and the 6B New is that the 6B
Old has a bit of piping outlining the front accent piece. The back of
both jackets are black raw Thai silk. 6B New is a bit smoother in the
front without the piping.
